time to
"be an adult"
You know it’s time to change, but it isn’t easy to let someone in when facing life’s difficult situations, especially if you’ve felt judged by friends or family in the past.
I am a person, just like you, who has overcome challenges in life, many of which happened in young adulthood.
There is nothing that can’t be worked through when you have someone (an adultier-adult) to listen to you and help guide you while you figure your stuff out.
Speaking of stuff, we all have stuff. Does your stuff sound like…
is this you?
DO YOU FIND YOURSELF ASKING…
“I’m at my dream school (aka the one your parents picked for you) and realizing that it isn’t what I thought it would be.”
“Are there really going to be this many kids in every class?”
“I thought I was smart until I got here.”
“Does everyone have a Stanley?”
“Did I miss this in orientation?”
“I can’t even focus on my classes. I just broke up with my significant other/hook-up buddy/person I was dating but we didn’t have a label which makes this even more confusing. Will I be one of those people who meet their spouse in college? Do I even want to get married? What would my wedding hashtag be? I can’t be in a relationship right now. Dating apps suck and why does EVERY guy have a fishing picture? UGH!”
don’t worry
YOU ARE NOT ALONE
We’ll work together to help you figure out who you are. The one you decide to be, not who everybody else wants you to be. Look, adulting is hard AF sometimes. I will teach you real-life skills to help you feel more confident and empowered. No palm-reading, no crystal ball, just proven techniques. We develop and execute a plan together, with regular therapy sessions and between-session check-ins.
if you can relate…
